Styropek has a wide variety of beads (modified and unmodified) designed to provide exceptional performance when used in applications in the EPS market.
These applications include, but are not limited to, the construction industry, thermal insulation, part molding, and industrial packaging.
Modified Pearls (with flame retardant)
Styropek AF(95)
Styropek ® AF95 series products include the AF195, AF295, AF395, AF495. Styropek ® AF95 products can be used in a wide variety of applications including building blocks, panels, thermal / acoustic insulation and general packaging. Additional applications include ICF’s (“insulated concrete forms”), thin-walled part molding, lost heart casting part molding and other protective packaging.
Styropek® AP40 is an expandable Polystyrene (EPS), in the form of beads that contains a minimum of 5.2% and a maximum of 5.8% by weight of pentane as a blowing agent. It does not contain chlorofluorocarbon and hydrochlorofluorocarbon compounds.Contains a maximum of 1000 ppm of residual monomer and a maximum of 1.2% total moisture.
