With over 26 years in the polymer industry, he has led the Expandable Styrenics division at Styropek since 2022. He is a Mechanical Engineer with a background in Business Administration from ITESM and postgraduate studies at Harvard Business School. His leadership is marked by a positive attitude, empathy, and a constant pursuit of excellence.

With 25 years in the group and 6 at Styropek, he drives growth in human capital and systems. He holds a degree in Business Administration from UDEM, with a focus on technology and management. His leadership is constantly evolving, fostering dialogue and collaboration.

With 47 years in the group and 10 at Styropek, he has extensive experience in technical development and quality control. His career path includes roles such as Laboratory Technician (1978–1980), Quality Control Supervisor (1980–1988), Head of Quality Control and Technological Development (1988–1991), Head of Sales and Technical Service (1991–1998), Technical Development Manager for Polymers (1998–2015), and Global Development Manager since 2015. His leadership is built on deep technical expertise and a long-term commitment to innovation.

With 20 years in the group and 10 at Styropek, Diego has led innovation, sales, and product management. He is a Chemical Engineer from Universidad Iberoamericana, with postgraduate studies in Senior Management from IPADE. He believes in resilient and empowered teams to build lasting relationships.

With 29 years at Alpek and 2 at Styropek, he leads key functions such as ESG, operations, and commercialization. He is a Chemical Engineer with a master’s degree in Quality Systems and Productivity. He is known for being approachable, results-oriented, and optimistic about the future.

With 10 years at Styropek and over 13 in EPS, he has led commercialization and business development in South America. He was part of BASF and has managed marketing, productivity, and strategic alliance projects. He holds a degree in Marketing and Administration, with an MBA from Universidad Católica del Uruguay. His leadership combines strategic vision with human connection.

With 17 years in the group and 10 at Styropek, he has led strategic planning, finance, and logistics. He is a Chemical Engineer from ITESM, Monterrey Campus. His leadership is based on integrated processes and long-term vision.

José Javier has 18 years in the group and 3 at Styropek, leading corporate finance, accounting, and strategic planning. He holds a degree in Accounting and Finance from ITESM and an MBA from SMU Cox School of Business. His focus is on results and openness to change.

He joined the group 3 years ago and started at Styropek in October 2025, with experience at companies like AB InBev and Amazon. He is a Chemical Engineer from ITESM, with an MBA from London Business School and certification from Harvard. He has represented Mexico at COP 26 and 28, and teaches at UDEM.

He has been with the group for 18 years, including 10 at Styropek, leading areas such as innovation, ESG, quality, and technology. He is a Chemical Engineer with two master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering and Finance. His leadership style is grounded in active listening.
