Processing of Personal Data – The personal data collected will be handled and safeguarded in accordance with the principles established by the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties. These are the channels through which STYROPEK must be notified of any limitation regarding the use and/or disclosure of personal data.
ARCO Rights – You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, and Oppose the personal data we collect. You may exercise any of these rights by sending a written request via email to avisodeprivacidad@styropek.com, Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., including the following information: (i) Name of the data subject (ii) Physical address or email address (iii) Official documents proving identity and/or authorization to represent a third party (iv) Description of the personal data for which you wish to exercise ARCO rights (v) Any additional information relevant to the request.
Revocation of Consent – You may revoke your consent for the use of your personal data by submitting a written request via email to avisodeprivacidad@styropek.com or physically to the address: Fernando Montes de Oca No. 71, Colonia Condesa, Cuauhtémoc Borough, C.P. 06140, Mexico City, addressed to the Privacy Department, Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., clearly stating the data related to the revocation.
