Styropek has entered into a strategic agreement with Innova that marks an important milestone in the company’s growth strategy and reinforces its leadership position in the South American expandable polystyrene (EPS) market.
This partnership will significantly expand Styropek’s regional footprint, adding more than 40 KTA of production capacity. This agreement not only enhances the company’s ability to meet growing customer demand but also creates new opportunities for commercial growth through access to advanced production technologies and strengthened logistics capabilities.
A key benefit of the partnership is the expansion of Styropek’s innovation portfolio. Customers will gain access to a broader range of advanced EPS solutions, including graphite-enhanced grades, colored products, and materials incorporating recycled content, supporting evolving market needs and sustainability objectives. The agreement will also support improved operational performance at the Guaratinguetá site, further strengthening Styropek’s manufacturing network in the region.
