At Styropek, we believe that innovation begins with simplification. To strengthen our culture of continuous improvement, we launched the “Simplify Challenge” — a company-wide initiative to identify opportunities for optimization across administrative and operational processes.
Teams from all sites joined forces to evaluate their everyday activities, uncover redundancies, and propose smart, streamlined alternatives. From automating reports and digital approvals to enhancing data flows, the goal was simple: work smarter, not harder.
31 Optimization Projects, One Shared Vision
The response exceeded expectations. Through collective creativity and commitment, 31 improvement projects were implemented, delivering tangible results in productivity, time savings, and cross-functional collaboration.
Some of these projects are now being replicated across other locations, amplifying their impact and fostering alignment across regions.
